Corptcha Terms of Service

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and the Corptcha team ("we", "us") governing your use of the Corptcha human verification service ("Service"), including the website www.corptcha.com, the console dash.corptcha.com, the documentation docs.corptcha.com, the verification SDK and related APIs. By registering, logging in or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization and that it is also bound by these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is an enterprise human verification (CAPTCHA) SaaS for developers, providing:

• Verification SDK: a script you embed in your website, app or service to distinguish human users from automated programs;
• Console: create sites, obtain verification keys (siteKey / secretKey), and review verification records and dashboards;
• Verification API: server-side verification that issues single-use verification tokens;
• Paid plans: verification volume, concurrency and support per the plan you choose (see the pricing page in the console).

We may adjust, add or retire features over time, and will communicate material changes through in-service notices or the documentation.

3. Accounts and Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to register and are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide;
• You must keep your password and verification keys confidential and must not transfer, lend or allow unauthorized use of your account;
• Losses caused by your failure to safeguard your account are your responsibility, but you should notify us immediately via contact@corptcha.com;
• Only one account may be registered per email address; we reserve the right to review and take action against abnormal or bulk registrations.

4. Rules of Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and must not:

• Use the Service for any activity that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of third parties;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, bypass or interfere with the verification process;
• Scrape or mass-call the verification API or SDK beyond your plan's authorized scope;
• Distribute malware, launch attacks, or disrupt the Service or any third-party system;
• Use the Service in pornographic, gambling, fraudulent, phishing, money-laundering or other high-risk scenarios;
• Engage in any other conduct that we reasonably consider harmful to the security, stability or reputation of the Service.

If we find that you have violated the rules above, we may warn, suspend or terminate your account depending on the circumstances, without refunding any fees already paid.

5. Paid Plans

• Prices, entitlements and validity of paid plans are as displayed on the console "Plans" page and may change over time; we will announce any changes in advance;
• Payments are processed through third-party payment channels we integrate with, and those transactions are subject to the applicable channel agreements;
• Once a plan is active, verification volume is measured against actual usage; exceeding the plan limit may suspend or downgrade service per the plan rules;
• If a plan cannot be delivered due to force majeure or our fault, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion; no refund is offered for termination due to your own conduct (e.g., voluntary closure or violation-based suspension).

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its software, SDK, documentation, interface designs, trademarks and logos are owned by us or the respective rights holders. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely to integrate and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Your business data, site configuration and content processed through the Service belong to you; we process them only to the extent necessary to provide the Service, as further described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection, use and protection of personal information follow the Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to our processing of relevant data as described therein.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service is error-free or uninterrupted, nor that verification results are 100% effective against every attack. Except as otherwise required by mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from network failures, maintenance, force majeure or similar events. The verification component is only one layer of security; you remain responsible for implementing other necessary security measures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account and stop using the Service at any time through the console or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately in the event of a serious breach of these Terms or applicable law, and we reserve the right to seek compensation. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitation of liability and intellectual property) remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page, and we will notify you of material changes via email or in-service notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring proceedings in the competent court of that jurisdiction.
